Coffee before workout....
I've read mixed reviews on this. I tried it yesterday and had a boast of energy throughout my work out. Afterward I felt fine. I would like to try it again today, but want to ensure it's not harmful. Any opinions?

Weight Loss Tracker
I just started to really use MFP and it's not reflecting my current weight loss. Right now it's showing 25 lbs on the tracker, however I'm at 75 lbs truly since starting my journey. Is there a way to adjust my tracker? Or does it start from the day you started using MFP?

Am I eating enough? I am losing weight pretty quickly (average 3 pounds a week). My diet as changed tremendously- healthy. I work out 4-6 times a week for 250 minutes a week.
