    Thanks everyone! It's been about 7 months, and I am eating roughly 1,500 calories a day. I exercise 5-6 times a week for about 50 minutes to an hour. As for my tummy, I haven't done any spot exercising, just the elliptical, climber, jogging and just incorporated running up and down the stair around the stadium.

    More pics on the way. Here's a sample menu:

    Breakfast
    1packet of Oatmeal made with FF milk and 100 calorie Almonds

    Lunch
    5 oz strawberries
    1 European Salmon Salad two tablespoon dressing
    Made with veggies and 3 oz salmon


    Evening
    5 1/2 oz strawberries
    4 oz Chicken breast with fresh veggies made with olive oil (stir fry)


    Snacks
    Orville Redenbacher's Smart Pop Mini Bags 100 cal

    PM Snack
    1 Tbsp Super Chunk Peanut Butter
    1 slice(s) Double fibre wheat bread
