Hey =) how was day one of Level 1 for you? I nearly died first day of level 1 but was able to do all of it by day 10, then I died again day 1 of level 2, but again was able to complete it all by day 10. Same happened with level 3... So don't stress - keep pushing and you'll just keep getting better and better =)

Just remember - just because you WANT to breast feed doesn't mean you will be able to! With my first baby I had plenty of milk etc etc BUT we just couldn't get the breast feeding working. a few ideas I found: I know this is not for you per se, but how about asking local daycare centers if they could use them. I drink protein drinks and take some to the daycare I work at. OP - did you weigh at the same time every day? At the moment I'm weighing in once every 2 weeks or so, but get very disheartened when it goes up... I may try this to see what the weight is actually doing!!! Trial for a month or so (to see if I actually do it!!) =D thank you for the idea!
