  • I'm also looking to get connected! I'm a 20 year old female looking to lose 15-20 lbs. I'm finally accepting that I have a food addiction and that my relationship with food is unhealthy. To lose weight, I'm getting in control of my eating habits in addition to 30-60 mins of cardio/day along with some strength training!
