that's good advice. yes i'm particularly trying to watch my sugar intake. I don't add sugar to anything (like coffee, etc) but am fine with eating fruits. but, do you think 21g is high for a granola bar? I know quest bars have way less, but those things are expensive

No, I logged it. By cheat I meant that I didn't care that I went over budget. I feel like I gotta do that once every few weeks

are you cooking meals in the microwave or just reheating them? I don't think you'll get much nutrient loss if you're just warming up meals. Also, I've heard (but can't confirm) that cooking vegetables in the microwave causes less nutrient loss than on a stove or steamer. I wouldn't worry about it too much if microwaving is…

I think if you stay away from the bread and soda you will be fine. Here in texas, you order BBQ by the pound at places like this. I'll get a few pieces of smoked turkey or chicken and a few of brisket, maybe a side of corn or something. I think the bread is the killer there. avoid and you will be fine

I love both snap kitchen and my fit foods. I feel like MFF has more selection but i probably visit snap more often because it's closer to work. i'll usually go buy two or three lunches on monday and keep them in the fridge at work on days when i don't have time to pack something healthy in the morning. I don't have an…

Recently, I've completely given up sugar for a while and I found that those cravings went away after about day 3 or 4. I feel like i'm getting back into…

quote No, you should not avoid it and there is no reason to cut out enjoyable items. (unless there is a medical reason for doing so) Yes, peanut butter is higher in calories, but provides a protein punch. If a couple spoons of peanut butter are equivalent to a full meal for you, I am curious what you total calorie goal is…
