add me too!!! also, i think you should really try to log everything. you'll really get the best use out of the program and the community if you really jump in fully. you'll really surprise yourself with what you're eating, and the things you are kidding yourself about. just try it for like 2 weeks at least and log…

I weigh in every day. first thing in the morning i do is get out of bed, go pee, and weigh myself before i eat or drink anything. i do it at the same time because it's a good consistent reading. not sure why it would be considered unwise. i like to see my daily progress.

no way that's accurate. ultimate frisbee you RUN YOUR BUTT OFF!! it's about the same amount of running as playing full speed soccer. disc golf is more walking in the park (similar to regular golf)

if you have a smartphone, try the C25K app. i freeking love it. i never enjoyed running but i love it and it takes a huge chunk of calories out of my goal

I chalked it up to her service being worse than mine. for the most part, i think it's fairly accurate though. i run the same route every week and it always tells me the same 3.22…

i've been dreading this too. my last 3 runs have been me re-doing W5D2 because they have all been on days where it is 104 degrees outside and i want to make sure i don't have too much trouble. The c25k website says you can feel free to re-do a workout a few times if you don't feel like you are ready. i'm gonna crush it…

I had it for a while too and it would be worse when i wore a specific pair of shoes. You can get one of those hard massage balls and roll your foot around on it. mine really went away when i started running regularly though

drink more water!!! you are supposed to drink half your weight in ounces of water every day. if you weigh 150, drink 75 oz of water a day
-
will drinking 2 calories really make a difference in your diet?
-
I'm kind of a noob here. what is a macro?

do you think it's because it has a high sodium count and perhaps it makes you retain water weight? (just a guess. i have no data to back that up)
