Well the 3 day weekends and holiday really mess me up. Could have been worse though. I am still at 124lbs. No loss but No gain either. Watch out ladies-I'm really gonna bring it next week.:drinker:

I am about at the exact same weight as you and have the same end goal weight. I was down to 120lbs but gained 8 back over the summer so now I'm back at it. Using MFP and exercising-I lost 22 lbs from Jan. 2011 to June 2011. Summer really screwed me up and I gained 8lbs back but now I am getting back at it.

If you don't have a lot of time it's a quick workout(warm up, workout and cool down) total of about 27 minutes and you do see and feel results. Love it.

Started Level 2 today and loved level one. I definitely am seeing more definition in arms and legs. Have not weighed myself yet.

I will be starting Level 2 later tonight.

A couple of more days and I'm starting Level 2. The first 4-5 days I was super sore. Especially walking down the stairs, however it has gotten a lot easier and I'm not sore any more. I'm seeing some results though. Can;t wait til day 30. Good luck.

Don't obsess! I splurge at least once a week and enjoy every minute of it and still am losing weight. If you obsess then you will just make yourself miserable. I refuse to "give up" all the crap that I love. I just eat them less often and exercise more often.
