I am 41 years old, 5'0ft and in January I was 138. Since getting back on MFP I am down to 127lbs. My first goal is 125lb. After that then I will go for 120lbs and work on toning. Add me if you wish.

I started it last year on got up to day 3 level 2. Started it again last month and I am now on Day 4 of level 3. It is very hard at first but in a few days it will get easier and the Jumping jacks and jump roping kicked my butt, but now I can do them no problem. UGH!!!! I can see 120lbs, I just can't get there! I am stuck! So frustrating. Weight is the same 123lbs.:explode:

No loss No gain for me neither. Still at 123lbs.

For the taco one just throw in frozen chicken breast with a package of Chicken taco mix. about 6 hours and your done. also try throwing in some chicken breast with a bottle of barbeque sauce and a can of pineapple chunks. On low for about 6 or 7 hours. Eat on a bun or serve over rice. Yummy.

When starting out I did the "Biggest Loser Challenge" Which I loved. You can program it however you want. Also, for fun Just Dance 2. Between that and MFP lost 15 pounds.:smile:
