I did it for 5 days and it was worth it, you are right the cravings for junk are gone. I plan to do it 3 days/month, the hardest part was getting over not physically chewing something and finding a drink that I actually enjoyed. Also, if you go to the website they have programs where you also eat during that time.

I know I get over 10,000 steps when I golf, however, I am left handed and playing on the opposite side of the fairway from the cart usually. LOL.

yup, had a woopsy here too, just call it a cheat day and will move on. It's a lifestyle not a diet.

I don't stress the sugar if I am getting it from fruits and veggies, it's the processed stuff that I will stress about. As was already said on here, keeping the sugar down to the suggested MFP levels is not easy and I am generally close on either side of it. If you eat bread or pasta your numbers will never make it.

I have the Fitbit and it is spot on with the steps. We had purchased some "cheap" Pedometers from Walmart and they were not very accurate. With that being said my Fitbit will add steps while I am on the motorcycle so I have to take that into account (even if it is in the saddle bags).

I am on Day 5, I am down 11 pounds and the energy level is up and the attitude is good. I am having a real problem reaching 1200 calories since I feel full after the drinks (usually 20oz). I also have only found three that are drinks that I like the taste of. Any suggestions?

get a step counter and start walking, if you still enjoy biking that is a wonderful exercise I suggest a heart rate monitor.

I am over almost daily but still losing weight, my blood sugar is good so I am not going to worry about it.

I am always "busting" on Sodium and Sugar, very frustrating. I guess as long as I still have a Calorie deficit I am good.
