I love all things nut butter and would totally do nutella if I could have milk. I buy the single serve packets of Justin's chocolate hazelnut butter for when I want something that tastes like it. The stats are comparable to other nut butters.

5'0 SW: 150 CW: 126 GW: 118 I've got inflammatory arthritis in the hips so only do low-impact cardio, walking and yoga for my exercise routine. Diet is mostly fish, veggies, and low carbs in the. It's taken a few years to lose and keep it off - I'd like to get down to between 115-118. The weight tends to come off more…

Daily logging. It keeps me accountable and is my tool for meal planning on a weekly/daily basis. I lost and regained with WW in th east and I think one reason I failed is because I stopped logging when I hit lifetime.

I have a similar shape and follow this diet as well. Oats in the AM, some carbs for lunch, but most meals built around protein and veggies. It goes a long way towards keeping bloat down and the belly flat. Also, I do a lot of low-impact cardio and yoga 4-6x week to strengthen my muscles.

I started at 150 and had an original goal of 128 (a leftover from my lifetime goal with WW). I've made it down to 122 and think that 118 is a better target. I am 5'0.

What about edamame -- the roasted, crunchy kind as opposed to steamed in pods. Great to carry around as a snack and little packs (Seapoint Farms, I think) have something like 14 grams for only 140 calories.
