Have you been counting calories?
-
Yes, eating your exercise calories back is part of the program and is needed for healthy weight loss. The calories that MFP gave you before exercise already include the deficit necessary to lose weight at your desired pace. By exercising and not eating back, you are creating a larger deficit that is not needed for weight…

No, you do not need to eat breakfast as long as you are getting adequate calories during the rest of the day.

I eat fast food once a week because I love the stuff. Yes, I know it's terrible for me, and yes, I know it's full of salt and sugar and crap, but whatever. It's once a week. I only eat dinner anyway, so I can usually just eat whatever I want from anywhere. Wendy's is definitely a favourite though, because it's delicious.

Eat something sweet.

You're not alone at all. Once I start eating, I have a hard time stopping. Which is why over time I've gotten to the point where I just don't eat until 6 PM and then eat constantly until I go to bed. It works for me. You might find that something like this works for you, or maybe you need to be careful to not let yourself…

I had a waiter laugh at me for ordering so much food one time. *****, I eat once a day and I worked out hard today, you're damn right I'm adding four slices of turkey bacon, an extra fruit bowl, and 3 extra pancakes with that meal. I just gave him a pissy look.
-
No, it is not too much. I shoot for 110+ grams and I weigh 130 pounds.
-
No. I eat all of my calories, barring coffee, tea, and soda, after 6 PM every night. Enjoy your night time snacks. :)

I eat 90+ grams of sugar most days, and nearly all of it comes from fruit. I have lost weight just fine and have not developed any blood sugar issues doing it.

If he's not losing weight, he's eating too many calories. Period. Whether that's because he's underestimating his food portions, overestimating his calorie burns, or both, he's eating too many calories. Some ways to make sure you're being more accurate are weighing all of your food portions in grams with a digital food…

100% relate. Which is why, over time, I've just gotten to the point where I don't even eat anything until about 6 PM and feast like a king until I go to bed. It works best for me, because I'm just hungry all day if I eat all day.

THANK YOU! I live in Texas, where sodium in mg is on every package but in the UK, where my parents live, it's not the same and it drives me batty! This helps so much.

Well...you're tracking carbs, sugar, and fiber, all of which are carbohydrate. Dump the sugar and replace it with protein. That's a more important nutrient to track. If you're going over on carbs, you're going over on sugar and probably fiber. But keep in mind that MFP's sugar recommendation is very low, and fiber is a…

I pre-log in the morning or the night before, and adjust anything as needed. I stick to what I've planned about 75% of the time, only needing to adjust weights as I go, and sometimes I change things up because I have a craving for something specific.
-
It works if you eat at maintenance or very slightly below it on the 5 days you are supposed to. If you don't track your calories and pig out, you could be easily wiping out your deficit achieved on the 2 fasting days. I tried it and stopped because it was making me think all eating disordery.
-
You're going to be just fine babe. I ate over 6000 calories on Christmas and I didn't magically gain all my weight back. Just eat a normal dinner, enjoy the food, and don't stress yourself out too much. Get some exercise in if it would make you feel better!
-
One binge isn't going to hurt you in the long run. Just acknowledge your negative feelings about the binge, accept them, and remember them next time you are tempted to binge. You will be okay. I binged on 37 Christmas cookies this Christmas. THIRTY SEVEN. I put on 6 pounds, but you know what, I'm only half a pound away…

You are probably skinny fat - you are at a low weight, but you have a high body fat percentage. I can't say for sure, because I can't see your body, but this is my guess. Building some muscle will help you out. Eat at a modest calorie surplus (200-300 calories) and lift heavy weights. If you can do more than 12 reps with…

It's the sushi entry. 324 calories, 118 grams of carbs? 118 grams of carbs is 472 calories by itself, not including the fat and protein content listed.

I always walk at least at couple miles on rest days. Many times 5+.

On Kris Gethin's 12 week trainer, so if the volume seems ridiculous, it's because it is. Combined calf & back/bicep days because calf day was too damn short. 25 min elliptical trainer Calf raises: 2x44x10, 7x55x15 Reverse-grip pulldown: 1x42x10, 2x88x10, 1x88x5+72.75x5 Wide-grip pulldown: 1x12x10, 3x42x12 One-arm DB row:…

At least 200g on workout days, closer to 100g on rest days.

Hydrate yourself!

Only looked at a few days worth of entries, but your protein intake is fine. It is not exceptionally high. I shoot for 125 g per day, which is also not exceptionally high, and you are below that amount.

I like them.

So eat what you like and count the calories. Over time, you may find that you can live with some substitutions or changes if that means being able to eat more of your favourite foods. For example, tonight I'm having ravioli and leftover Christmas cake, so that means the rest of my day consists of fruit, salad, carrots,…
