I've made healthy diet and exercise a huge component of my self-care plan for dealing with my depression, and I'm wondering if there are any others out there doing the same for their mental illness. There was some article floating around about how the average American eats 4500 calories on Thanksgiving. For those of you who did your best to log it, how many calories did you come out to? I'm curious how accurate that estimate is! I ate 3380 today.
