I just whipped this up on the fly, and it's SO GOOD. It's a must try.
I do IF, so my portion is quite large, but you could always scale down to meet your calorie requirements.
12 oz plain nonfat greek yogurt
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
6 oz raspberries
1/4 cup sliced almonds
Mix the greek yogurt and protein powder thoroughly in a bowl, top with raspberries and almonds, and enjoy! Easy and delicious!
Full portion:
718 calories
46 g carb
19 g fat
93 g protein
Half portion:
359 calories
23 g carb
9.5 g fat
46.5 g protein

I would totally try this! And my brother-in-law left a tub of chocolate protein powder here, which I would normally not be at all interested in. Thanks for the suggestion!0
