Well life has been tied to cancer its all tied to it. Just eat your meat how can you have any pudding if you don't eat your meat.... I would just make sure you eat enough living food and cut back on your meat I think meat is great. Just don't eat red meat as often and when I do it's lean! Good luck especially in the summer…

So I realized I did not sound off myself<-- opps! 1. If this were a week I would be on thurday moring so I am over the hump of my 50 lbs goal. 2. I plan on establishing maybe a 20 lbs goal at some point to loose, but mostly I am looking forward to real visible ABS normal blood presure and a twenty year old in good shape…

if it is planter facibla bla make sure you are strecthing your calf muscle 4 or 5 times a day especially before bed time. I would bicycle and keep your tip toes on the pedals this will help your feet get better. Also get some good insoles dr.S for plantar blabbbitatis as you can tell I can't spell. Best of health!!

having a cookie is not cheating it is just a math equasion one cookie around 120 calories about 10 minutes of cardio 20 minutes of strength etc. I work hard for my cookies when I eat one I am glad that I worked hard to be able to enjoy it and not wish I did not eat one!! be patient it is a life change.. :happy:

Here is my advice look back at your goals and see if you are serious about it. If you are you will earn your cookies in the gym like many of us with "sweettooth syndrom" you will find other snacks for empty snacking try pickles. Baby carrots. bla bla bla STOP EATING COOKIES!!!!
