Kudos for making changes. Most important thing is having a fairly accurate idea of what you are eating on a daily basis. More than 50/60% of folks underestimate what they eat. Hiya - get a food scale (if you don't already have one) and for a solid month weigh everything that goes pass your lips. Don't assume but weigh and you will be able to determine if the culprit was indeed inaccurate logging. Cheers,

What is your height? Couple of things: Drop your calories by 100 and see how it works out after 2 weeks. Increase the intensity of one of your workout sessions. Recalculate your TDEE using Scooby do workshop tool (google). It's frustrating to be in a plateau. But, try the above and you should be back on your way etc.
