Ok, I think I have figured it out! Made a goal of 200 miles of running and cycling. May need to adjust it as the month moves on but this is my first time :) Today I walked 2 miles So far this month I've ran, cycled, or walked 52.17 miles

Diet! You can do body weight ab exercises all day long but you gotta eat the right foods too! You have the muscles but you need to reduce body fat then you can build the muscles up. Just takes dedication.

Oh girl!! I love smoothies!! I use bananas as a base to nearly all of mine. Just peel and freeze them and its always smoothie time. Easiest is 2 bananas, cup of OJ, little honey, *some Vanilla extract, and poof Orange Julius! Hit me up if you want more recipes Oops forgot the vanilla (fixed it!)
