3rd!! I'm freaking out about my first! I am 20# over weight and out of shape from 2 years of bulking my brain and ignoring my body in Grad school! Fail!! I am hoping the 8 week training guide will help me out!

I am doing the Sprint in October. I'm not the greatest runner and prefer cycling but I am going to ROCK this!! It will be my first so any advice for the new kid is much appreciated!!

So not going to meet my goal of 200 as I changed my training up last week and am not riding as much as I had been. Also going on an impromptu vacation on Friday! Oh well, I'm still moving :)

When I use the word diet I mean what you eat, not a particular brand of "diet." Basically you need to find out your body fat % and decrease it. To see abs you need a lower % of body fat.
