Chai seeds can go in anything and everything! Smoothies, porridge, sprinkle over cereal, into stirfrys. I use coconut oil in place of any other oil/butter, so I cook protein pancakes in it, add it to the pan before cooking. You look great! I worry about the excess skin too, but I've told myself I need to get to goal, maintain that for a year and then I can look into surgery if still needed. I'm hoping once I get that far along that it will have tightened up enough on its own!!

It depends on your current weight vs height etc. if you drop too many calories then your body can go into starvation mode and you won't loose weight. Spread it out over 6 small meals and give it a go. After a few weeks you might be surprised!

I have just restarted it. I did start 8mths ago, lost 10kg in about six weeks but then lost the plot! Back on it now, have my mind sorted and finding it very easy. I'm 3.5kg down in 1.5weeks and feeling fantastic!
