Yes, the majority of the time I still count calories. I will usually have a day or two where I am a little more lax and don't count as strictly but otherwise I do. It really helps to keep me in control and accountable to what I am eating.

Yes, that can and will effect your weigh ins. Invest in a good probiotic if you haven't yet, it really can help with constipation and getting you to become more regular.

I LOVE Quest Bars! I actually have them for "breakfast". They are high protein, low calorie/sugar/net carb and they taste really good. Some of my favorite flavors are the s'mores, chocolate chip cookie dough, cookies and cream, white chocolate raspberry, double chocolate chunk, and chocolate brownie. I also recently…

Exactly! It can be really frustrating after awhile. Ive even showed my MFP log to some of them just to prove to them that I do eat and sometimes that will quell their questioning but not always.

I really don't think my quality of life is slipping, but I do think I am a little bit too obsessed about food. I tend to spend a good amount of time thinking about when I will eat next, what I will eat, how many calories I will have left, ect. However, I am a little obsessive about anything I am focused so that could be…

I am the same way! I will look at people in shape and see them eating basically anything they want in 'moderation' and they are able to do this without (seemingly) having to obsessed about it. I would love to be able to get a point like that, but for now I think I need to keep tracking my intake or my eating might get out…

You are probably right. Most of my exercise focus so far has been cardio and I did not really do much weight lifting while losing. I now regret not incorporating more strength training. I am now trying to figure out a plan for that and am debating between investing in a gym membership/trainer or getting some sort of at…

I do a kind of loose variation of IF right now. I don't stick to any set rules, but I make a point to to leave at least 11-12 hours from when I last eat the day before to my first meal the next day. I almost never eat before 10am/11am and I tend to eat lighter (400-600) calories during the day and save the bulk of my…

Haha, Small world! Hello neighbor! :) Yikes! The reason I let my weight get this low is because my biggest problem area is my stomach and I kept thinking if I lose just a little bit more I will finally get rid of it. However, I think instead of weight being the issue with that, I probably needed to be working out more to…

That is exactly how I think sometimes! I know logically that weight gain does not work that way but I can't help but think that if I eat even a couple hundred calories too much I will gain a bunch of weight back with no warning. It's a crazy way of thinking and I am working to break out of it.

I have actually been thinking about trying to "bulk" up a bit. Nothing crazy but I would love to get more defined and look better come summer. Exercise is not my strong suit so Im just not completely sure where to begin with this.

I have a few hand weights, but that is about it. Yes, I am will to purchase some basic equipment to start.

Right now, I would probably prefer to workout at home. As much as I want to join the gym I worry that I won't keep up with it.

Thanks for the feedback everyone. I just wanted to be sure that I wasn't doing something unhealthy or something that might causes issues long term.

Any advice?

I just started doing Focus T25 this past week and I also go on sporadic walks throughout the week. I could probably stand to get more exercise in. Generally I tend to get 30% Carbs, 30% Fat, and 40% Protein.

I probably could stand to drink more water during the day. I would probably say that I have on average about 5-7 glasses of water daily.

As of right now I have just been following what MFP recommends. I know I have to accept that I should probably have a slower rate of weight loss, but at the same time I would love to have most of this weight off by the summer so I am not completely miserable this year. If I am for a loss of 1 pound per week I would not…
