God it's so overwhelming! ... I put everything I eat on my diary mfp worked out the cals in bolognaise from the recipe I use divided in to how many portions it makes which I then freeze? I think it's going to take a while to figure out what I CAN eat?!?

I'am weighing all pasta and cheese I eat so they're accurate.

Thanks jess, I'm definitely interested I really struggle finding things I like to eat, my main exercise is walking as I got hit by a car and struggle with anything more, (I'm hoping this will get better as I lose weight) thanks

Thanks I'm going to try some of these this week defiantly the water that's definitely a downfall for me I only have around 2 drinks a day! ( not good I know!) I don't really have time to be hungry with the boys and work it's hard to fit in the right foods and enough of them! Will keep going I'm very determined to succeed!

With what I'm eating I'm not hungry, what sort of things can I eat to increase my calories?
