Thanks everyone. Some meds are required no matter what weight you are, so hang in there with those. But I hope we all can get to our weight goals so these "weight related" medicines can be eliminated.

I find that the sodium goal is the toughest for me to reach. Mostly because I eat out too often. With that said, I still lost 50 lbs by just hitting my daily calorie goal. So, to lower that sodium intake you probably have to self prepare many of the foods you eat. Good luck, you will do it.
