5' 11.5" tall I haven't weighed myself in months, but I'm probably about 178-180? The smallest I've been is a 5/6 and biggest a 10/12. My 10's are currently falling off, but I have a 33" inseam which is hard to find in smaller sizes so I make do. Plus, thigh gap is as mythical as a unicorn to me, so I like the extra room.…

is this supposed to be a continuous circuit without breaks or is there a few seconds between each exercise? I only ask as I like to set a timer as opposed to counting the seconds.
