  • This is my 3rd attempt at loosing weight
  • I want to thank everyone for their input. I will bump my calories intake to 1500,. I have done this a few times, I get to 70-75 pounds loss and fall off the wagon. I don't want to do that again. I gain even more weight, and at that weight adding more will kill me
