I never passed judgement. Just questioned the motive of logging in junk food. That's it. A question of interest. I could eat French fries and soda all day long. If your losing weight and feeling better. That's what were sharing. That it's possible with food right. That's why I would think you would share. I mean I guess as for me. I want somebody to tell me your eating the wrong crap. That's why your not dropping weight.

I use 10k runner by clearsky. It's pretty much just a timer that tells you when to run and when to walk. I started in April and today was week 7 day 1. In addition I use the nike running app at the same time. The nike app gives you very good details about your runs with splits and pace times. Plus it adds to your nike fuel…
