  • You could use Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt. I used to do that, with a small scoop of vanilla ice cream too - delicious.

  • Okay so my last post I just said that I put up a new picture, but I found another one from 05/12/07 that shows my full body. So now you can really see the difference. Alright... I promise my bragging is done.

  • So I started using this site after I had been dieting for a few months. I just added pictures and feel like showing them off! :wink: There is one with me and my boyfriend that passed away from 05/12/07. The main picture is from 05/12/08 (75 lbs lighter!). Makes me happy, but still have more to go!
