thank you, i will aim to be even more accurate this week with the measuring and weighing. my clothes feel the same, tho i do feel (well im wondering if it is more in my head now) chubbier if that makes sense. i just need to - for my own sanity and my husbands as i am chewing his ear off with all this diet-excersise…

i see, i am about 5ft 8inches and weigh currently on or about 160 lbs. i use garmin forerunner 10 for my stats when running and endomondo app. so for example last night i went out for a 5.5 mile fairly intense run which i completed in 47min and average speed was 8.43 min/mile - used up calories 643.
