I´m doing kinda weird, haven´t lost a gram for the past two weeks, although I´m exercising more than before... maybe it is due to my trip to Prague last week, where I overdid it with my sugar intake as I had time to watch just the calories and nothing else, don´t know ... hope I´m growing muscles or something, ´cause…

@caradae I´ve noticed that too, it´s amazing, love the August group :smile: for me another challenge coming up next week - I´m going to Prague for a few days to visit a friend, fortunately, she´s not much of an eater, so it shouldn´t be harder than usual to stay within my budget :happy:
