My progress picture on here is from doing 30 Day Shred as my regular workout. I do 5 days/week - I do level 2 for 10 days and then switch to level 3 for 10 days and just go back and forth that way. Roller skating is my favorite. Great calorie burn. I burn even more when I play roller derby, but just the act of skating around is nice. Jam skating is fun with music.
