I think it's a great option for all PC gamers. For example, Runescape, I have a paid account but my kids do not. They enjoy the free to play and we still play together. Granted, they can't do all the things I can, at their level of gaming it's perfect!!

HAHAHA I know the feeling. My mum got remarried when I was 9. I wore a size 10 then. LOL My goal is just to feel good. I have set myself many "GW" - Simply as mile markers. I am large build so I am going to aim for 140. Perhaps 130. As long as I still have my curves (not waves and squishy). I will be a happy girl.

I would suggest refraining from posting on main forums regarding any low carb lifestyle change. Please join Keto or Low carb forums for advice from those who have experience in this area. Keto for 8 months and have lost over 50 inches and 100lbs! :)

I agree with Eddie. Seems impossible to not be in ketosis. Most people can hit ketosis just by going lower than 100g a day. I would, too, suggest trying a different method of testing. Otherwise make sure you're logging accurately or modify your macro's.

Low carb must be in conjunction with Low Cal. Typically for me, when I was doing keto I would maintain 7-15 nets carbs and about 1000-1200 cals daily. Workouts consist of heavy lifting and light cardio. Worked fine for me :)

Counting carbs is different in various countries? That's news to me. I have done Atkins, Keto, and VLCD for nearly a year. Ticker shows my loss. Best of luck to you. Don't kill yourself with your "staying away from carbs" routine.

You need to join Low carb or Keto forums. I would refrain from posting on the main forums as you'll get a lot of non-friendly responses and lots of big headed opinions regarding low carbs. As far as counting carbs. You need to count and log net carbs.

Before you drop your carb intake to 5% take a keto test to see if you already have ketones in your kidneys. The person who stated "Less than 20 carbs" is inaccurate. The best thing to do would be to add back carbs slowly. The slower you add them the better off your body will adjust. I went on hiatus a few months back and added carbs back in. I'll never eat chinese food the way I did before. Without frying the chicken in a thick crusty batter, it'll never be the same. No matter how many different types of recipes I have tried. Fried chicken, fried rice, crab rangoon and egg rolls... oh dear. Makes my mouth water just thinking about it!!
