I started Day 1 yesterday. Finished day 2 today. It helped that I started the C25K 6 weeks ago, so my endurance and cardio is higher than it would have been if I started a month ago. I'll be continuing my C25K and I hope to do the 30 days non stop. We'll see how this goes! Good luck everybody!
