I joined the local gym because doing it at home was not working. I found that I actually liked the classes better than just working alone on the machines, there is more support and it is way more fun. I prefer to set realistic goals and then meet them or surpass them. If you set goals too high and then fail, you will become overwhelmed and not likely to set more goals or give up.
