Does anyone have any suggestions to the certain types of foods that will help you shed thoes pounds faster? today i ate the wrong food for lunch and now i have 5 calories left for my day. I guess i could call today my cheat day :-(

I honestly do it more than i would like to but i also take a one a day womens multivitamin to help me get the nutrients that my body essientially needs. :happy:
