When I was preggie my doc told me to exercise and to loose weight. But I am obese.

I have one every day!

No none of it has come back. Sometimes I go a week without losing at all but it is usually water weight because I had fast food or something but then it goes away.

Was losing 7 to 8lbs a week at first. But I am very overweight...

I take mine at the same time every morning. Wait 2 hours to have breakfast. on 50 of levo. Working great for me so far. And yes you have to take it the same time every time for it to work right.

I try to weigh just on Saturday but I usually can't help myself and weigh daily. Sometimes it goes up if I have had a lot of sodium but usually it is a daily loss.

I have hypothyroidism since I was little but just barely started meds in July. Got tested again last week and my levels are perfect now my doc said. Before meds I was never able to loose weight. I have dropped 24lbs since I started on them and feel so much better. I cried when I saw the scale go down. You can add me:)
