  • Are you sure you're recording properly? Portions at places like Chipotle are pretty substantial and it sounds like that should be around 700 calories on it's own.
  • It sounds odd, but I'm a fan of baby food pouches after my workouts. They're easy, convenient, inexpensive and a your body breaks down the natural fruit sugars quickly post workout to help with recovery.
  • I tried making a commitment to myself that when a WOD intimidates me or has a lot of movements I'm not strong with, I don't let myself skip that day.
