  • I am just like you! I have lost around 20 pounds and have not lost any in 5 weeks. My calorie count is around or under 1200 per day and I work out 6 times a week. I swim, walk, do strength training and yoga. I feel like I am losing but the darn scale will not budge!! I will not give up!!

  • I am older ( 62) and I like all of the Jane Fonda DVD's. I do two or three of them daily I love to finish with the yoga one.I also use the Leslie Sansonne walking DVD's.
  • I agree. You need to find a supportive doctor. I have a wonderful doctor who not only listens and supports me but actually told me I inspired her to lose weight and do more exercise. I left that appointment on cloud 9. ! Keep up the good work. It sounds like you are headed in the right direction!!
  • I feel your pain. I have been stuck for over 3 weeks now. I do an hour of aerobics and stretching 6 days a week. I swim and do aqua aerobics for an hour each day. I am staying at 1200 calories also. I am getting discouraged also!
