Most; Cottage cheese, Avocado, Spinach, Chicken, blueberries, strawberries, Fage yogurt The above turned into my staples, any combination of the above is tasty and filling. Least; cereal, bread I've learned the hard way, many times, these are not filling and increase my cravings for carbs.

I actually find that I am better about taking care of myself in this situation. Taking control, doing something that would make you feel so much better, can be great therapy in tough situations. Wrap your mind around the fact that this is something you can do for yourself. (((Candi))) I wish you much luck!!

My husband strips upon entering the house, like he is 5. and thinks the proper place to hang his clothes is on my dining room chair. Yes, we are heading into counseling..............

Good morning! Had a great day getting in my water, and a quick walk, not so great staying within my calorie range. :grumble: I have better day planned out today and bumped up my walk by another 10 min. I have to add some more exercise. I keep putting off starting the 30DS so maybe that one just isn't for me if I dread it…

Happy Monday :) Weekend was a little off. A bit of family drama helped with that. Appetite has been off and on and lord help me when it is "on". I did pass on plenty of alcoholic beverages and stuck with my water so that should help, I'm hoping. Weigh in on at least went well, lost 3 lbs!!

I would have to agree with Serena. I have a plan for the week. So when I pack my food at 7AM and my food that is in my plan is gone I get in a bit of a tither. Or I calm a craving through the day thinking I have a WW ice cream snack waiting for dessert and it is gone. Some things like that I only buy when I have a great…

Ditto on the well written!! And just to echo, my daughter has worked at Sonic for close to 3 years now. She struggled her first year, and first year of college with her weight (freshman 15?) but has since lost the extra lbs and is quite successful at grabbing convenient fast food and keeping it off.

"cannot blame and attack the retailer" I'm pretty sure the exact same things were said about the tobacco industry. They stopped using cartoon camels/cowboys to advertise in the late 80's, right? Once enough people die from obesity related illnesses, it will change. Unfortunately, too many people do not eat it in moderation…

Whatever happened to responsible parenting with all things in moderation? My kids loved McDonald's (and the darn toys) but they also loved grilling shrimp and scallops with asparagus.

I plan my chocolate into my day just as much as I plan my activity into my day. Usually in the form of Lindt Lindor dark chocolate truffles or a couple of squares of a chocolate bar. Try not to deprive yourself. If the unplanned craving strikes and you give in, track it and move on.
