I wish this website had some sort of clothes exchange. I have so many clothes that are to big for me. Which would be perfect for someone that is losing weight so they don't have to buy all the inbetween sizes.

I first focused on my caloric intake. The hardest part and still is would be exercising. I love fun physical activities but now that winter is here I don't want to go outside. Also its hard to get motivated to use my eliptical. SW 200 CW 149 5'7 I love having to go shopping and get SMALLER clothes because nothing fits me.

I would say try to focus on one thing at a time for now. Like only count calories for a month and tell yourself in a month you will add in exercise. If you are at a calorie deficit you will still lose plenty of weight without exercise. I do it all the time but I do have a pretty active job.

You can go into the edit part of your weigh in and enter in the actual day you started and the real starting weight. Then your ticker will show your total weight loss. Good job on your success so far!!!!!

I was 200 lbs in the fall of 2012 and lost 10 lbs in about a month. Then in April I started up again and lost 10 more lbs. May 10 lbs. Then in June and July another 10 lbs. Now starting August I am 160. 40 lbs lost. I'm 5 7. So you can see the closer I am getting to my goal weight it has slowed down. But I'm not giving up…

What did you do in January to lose the weight?? Try raising your calories to 1500 every day. No fast and no cheat day. Drink lost of water so your body doesn't retain any. 900-1200 is super low calories for you.

If you ate a lot of sodium a day or 2 before weigh in. Then it could just be water weight. I weigh myself every day. Thursday I got drunk so was not under my calories but probably not over either. Friday I stayed the same weight. I was hungover so I ate terrible foods ( high sodium) all day but did not go over my calories.…

I did 1200 calories for 2 1/2 months and lost over 20 lbs. I burn at least 2400 so 1200 was very low for me. My weight loss stalled out so I went up to 1600 for over a week now and I've lost 2 lbs already. At this point I've lost a total of 33 lbs so i'll be happy with 1 lb a week from now on. Is 2800 how much you burn in a day or how much your eating? I don't think you will go into starvation mode with that many calories. I was eating 1200 a day and burning 2400 a day. I would give it time. Your body is probably adjusting to your new eating habits. I eat a lot of fruit and it makes me burp a lot.
