I'm 5'3" and I have lost 7 lbs so far. I am hoping to lose about 13 or so more. I have adopted clean eating for the most part. I stay away from white sugar, white flour, processed, anything that has ingredients that I can't pronounce. I am not all the way clean because I do love to have a glass of wine of a light beer here…

And YES I do have a food scale. I rarely use it. I guess I need to whip it out to drop these last ten pounds!

Thank you everyone. The only thing about weighing my avocado portion is that once you have cut it it browns super fast and when I take avocado to work I take a whole one. I guess I need to do it at home once on the scale just to see. I am still leaning towards 1/4

Well, I am at 137 and I shooting for 124. I have a little over 10 to lose. :)
