I eat 20 - 25 carbs a day and have since June when diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. Calories around 1200. I have lost 68 lbs since then and have brought my sugars from 309 to 80 - 90s with diet, exercise and NO MEDS!! Some days that I do not feel like eating, I have couple fat bombs for energy.
