I just started Insanity at my gym and I love it - but I agree - for weight loss only 1-2 times a week for me. It's a great workout though.

What's the TDEE method? I've seen people that log their exercise as "1" but didn't understand why. I manually set all of my percentages based on what my trainer and nutritionist have recommended and stick to that and the log my exercise at the end of the day. I see that by entering your exercise it does "up" your daily…

I agree - I get the same way and I just allow myself a "taste" to satisfy and then I drink a lot of water - it's tricking the brain and it works. Don't deprive yourself - moderate and you'll do fine.
