Not sure if anyone else has said this but I like to mix spinach into scrambled egg whites. I replace lettuce with spinach in sandwiches as well, also I put it in smoothies...hell I love spinach with everything!

My favorite smoothie is 1 whole grapefruit red 1 banana 2 cups of spinach 2 cups of water :)

Oh my gosh I love sweet tea so much but what helped me was changing which sweet tea I drank. It's better to have a 60 calorie sweet tea than a 100 cal one, right? lol. If you want someone who is chatty and also gives support feel free to add me. You sound fun! :)

hey it's alright we all loose track sometimes and its pretty hard to start something like loosing weight and sticking with it. I have had my share of ups and down with motivation but having motivational friends on MFP has really helped keep me on track. You can add me if you want :) It's always nice to have extra support.
