Good grief! It was just a question!! Holy cow, you need to chill.

I would want you to tell me if you saw something on there I should change or replace with said item. That being said, I know I'm going to have a few bad things here and there, pizza being one of them. I am aware of that. I wouldn't want someone calling me out on the rug EVERY single time it happens. However, there are…

Oh well, then I had one just this week! Yesterday, actually. I was able to put on and wear a pair of jeans that I've not been able to wear in a year. Not only that I've have to tighten the draw string on my lounge style pants 3 times now. My favorite though is that I've not wore 2 different shirts and they were not tight…

What does NSV stand for?

I have been trying this. What I can say about it is: 1. Baby steps. When you run out of something that is overly processed, replace it with something less processed, whole, or natural. Don't try to replace everything in your kitchen all at once - it's way too overwhelming! Plus, there will be some stuff you just don't…

Your not alone, but I look at it like this...they are simply jealous and rather than gathering up their courage to ask you for help they resort to making fun of you. It's sad really. Don't let it get to you.

I totally agree with this.

I carry a Camelbak 24 oz pink water bottle every where I go, all day long. On average I drink 4-6 bottles a day. If I've had a serious workout I drink a lot more. This from someone who up until September drank only Pepsi and Tea. I am always over my 8 cups a day.

That' awesome! What a great feeling that must have been.

I attend at HIIT class and love it. I learn something new each time. My body has no idea from day to day what it is in for. Which I believe keeps it from being routine and doesn't allow my body to simply adjust to the change because it is always changing, make sense? The class I attend has a 20-30 minute warm up and then a…

I'm 5 ft 2 - and I do 4.5. It's currently a challenge and doesn't last more than a 1/4 of mile but I am hoping that as my body gets used to the exercises that my endurance and speed will improve. I don't know if it will much on the speed, but I am hopefull. Vertically challenged does have its draw backs because I'd really…

I'll send you a request. I just recently started back up as well. I got a goal to reach and this time, I'm not letting a whole heck of a lot stop me. Time to dig in and beat this. :)

I think it's up to you. Personally, I count everything from little burn to big burn, just cause it feels good to know I burned something off. :) I think it's your personal preference though.

Mine is in the kitchen, under a shelf. Mainly because it is the only floor that is not carpet and the scale weighs differently if on the carpet for some reason and I want the most accurate reading.

It is intense. I actually enjoy it more than P90X. I sweat with Jillian, I don't seem to on the P90X...don't know if I'm not working hard enough or what...so started going to the gym and working it off! If you can hang with Jillian you'll like it. Great job on making it through....good luck for the next 29 days! You can do…

Because very few read or respond to the blogs? You can't give up. Every once in awhile you have to indulge yourself in crappy food. You also can't get discouraged and turn to food. Treat the gain as your enemy - your fighting it, so find the fight in you and fight back! If you let the gain discourage you enough to eat,…

Congratulations! Great job! Loving success stories and photos. Makes me believe it's possible!

There's a SAHM mom group on here! Love Mom groups. Being doing this SAHM gig for nearly 12 years...and I got about 29 lbs to get rid of because of it.

I've thought about ordering them too. I seen a set of 6 on the Zumba website for $59.99, so $10 each?

I believe you should go for it. I'm sure you've got friends & family that would help you. Yes, your family has gone through some hard times recenty - EVERY BODY does and it is hard on everyone involved. However, looking at your goals below I believe that if you did this for YOURSELF (when's the last time you did something…
