Thanks Chris, much appreciated. Ive decided to stop as I couldn't give it my all and would have hurt myself further i'm sure. I guess you are right and I am early enough in the program to push back into it.

thank you for replying. I only questioned the progress as insanity is a 60 day intensive program. So I was worried a weeks break; setting me back, meaning i'd be behind where I would have been; would therefore effect results and seeing only on day 10 whether restarting might be appropriate.
