I have been fighting the temptation ALL week to eat cookies and breads ( I am hosting an event at work and have tons of them at my disposal) Thank you for all that posted your success pictures! I'll stick to my apple :)

I agree. I have been cruising through the 'Success' threads in hopes of keeping my motivation up! I'm only a month in and it's around this time that I (historically) start slacking.. I want to be in the best shape of my life. The only thing that is stopping me is ME! Ladies, you all look wonderful!

That sounds tasty! I will make a chickpea salad (don't have the measurements, but it has cut cucumber, green and red pepper, red onion, and a little feta cheese) and add some tuna for additional protein. I'll use some oil/vinegar salt/pepper for a dressing.

I'm 30 years old, 5'8 and just weighed in at 190lbs this morning (my heaviest ever..............) I plan to go on my treadmill 6-7 days a week for at least 45 mins and will be doing some weight training. My goal is to be 160, and will re-evaluate once I get to that goal (I remember being that weight and still not being…
