I don't have a six pack and I go running shirtless. It's whatever you are comfortable in. Honestly, however, if you had a gut hanging over your shorts, the thought " put your shirt back on" would cross my mind.

Another example, I weighed 135 when I left high school 12 years ago and I was a size 12/14. I packed on more weight till I hit 210, size 20. Lost 80 pounds, thru diet, exercise (including weights). Now I weigh 130, but I'm a size 4.

oh thank you!! I have never had kids and I hope I can get a flat belly.

Congrats! It is an amazing feeling!!!

Aw, no fair! I was waiting intil this morning to post so I could weigh myself. I'm doing this from my phone and it is such a *****. I didn't want to post several times. Damn. Well, if you have a bunch of ppl drop out the way most challenges do, hit me up with an invite. I'm dedicated.

The fact that you guys had a conversation about it is a HUGE step. My husband and I just drifted apart more and more as I got more into fitness. We ended up almost splitting up 6 months ago and are now working on repairing our marriage. He did/does resent my weight loss and the confidence that comes with looking and…

Very well done!! I used C25k also and loved the program. Same here, dreaded that first 20 min run, but also did it. Awesome job again! and keep it up! Do you have a 5k planned already? I recently participated in my first, and while it was a small one, I placed 3rd in my age group (missed 2nd by a second)

It's not an immediate thing. Just because you ate like crap doesn't mean the scale will immediately go UP. And just because you have an awesome calorie burn during an exercise and eat well doesn't mean the scale will immediately go DOWN. You have to look at it over a longer period of time, several days or even a week.

I agree with Darrel. I try to eat clean. No processed junk. Read Michael Pollan's "In Defense of Food" and it will change the way you look at food in the super market.

Try running or walking outside. I HATE the treadmill and only do it if there is precipitation that prevents me from running outside. Besides, you get a greater burn outdoors due to difference in elevation and the ability to increase speed whimsically.

Awesome outlook! And just because it was an original goal doesn't mean you have to hold yourself to it! We all reflect and revise our goals as we progress. You realized you are at a healthy weight for your height (god I wish I had your height, I'm just over 5 ft lol) and that is more important. Health not being skinny.…

Never fails. I can't post pictures on MFP for some reason. Grrr...

In a year and a half, I've lost 70 pounds and kept it off. My profile is open so feel free to look at my pics. I agree with above, weigh and measure everything until you learn how to eyeball it. And even then, I check myself once in a while to make sure I'm still measuring right. For recipes, check out skinnytaste.com and…

I used to but I would eat lots of veggies in the afternoon before my run. I moved my veggies to my mid morning snack so now I have a regular BM before my run and less of an urge to during the run.

Congrats on 2 weeks. I'm almost 1 and half years. I lost all my weight after I quit. Use your fitness to stay quit! Good luck!

Awesome job! You look great!

lmao, love it. Was exactly what I was thinking!

Looks good, but if your not comfortable, wait a bit.

My profile is public. Just did my 1 year photos and have several before shots. :)

@ Mavrick7 8...I had you pegged for older than your profile says you are.

@katie, Yes. It makes me feel like I'm in your face

I'm 5'2 and my original goal was 140, which is where I am now. When I was at 150, I knew 140 wasn't going to be where I wanted, so I dropped it to 130 for now. Really, being this close, I've stopped stressing about the number and I"m focusing more on how I look. I still want to get a pretty flat belly and lose some chub on…

I would stay in the back of the class so that way if you need to stop because of an attack you won't be in the middle where you would feel more obvious. :) Hope you try it and it works.

ok, I give up. If anyone can tell me what I'm doing wrong. The photo is so big, only half is showing. I resized it in photobucket, but it is still too big on here.

I saw major results in arms and shoulders, and gluts.
