After I had my son I still had an extra 30 or so pounds and my thighs used to rub together...I definately don't miss that! The material on alot of my pants had little "pills" of fabric and extra wear from the rubbing.

If you gained weight don't say "it must be muscle mass I gained" when you are lifting 3-5lb weights sporatically a couple of times a week...

I agree! I love Oxygen magazine. There isn't all the "fluff" like the others (fashion, make up tips). There are only articles on fat loss, healthy eating with recipes, and lots of exercises. I also like that the women are "fit" and not "skinny".

I'm really glad to hear others thoughts on this! I work two 12 hour night shifts a week 7P-7a every Saturday and Sunday night. On Saturdays I usually sleep in until 10a and stay awake the whole day. I always keep my iPod updated with lots of fast tempo music. Also I read on my Nook (turning pages on books or magazines is hazardous! ;) . Sometimes when I'm reading something good I don't want to stop! If I'm REALLY feeling unmotivated I'll watch a movie on my ipod.

I like my gym time as it is the majority of my "me" time. I schedule things around my workout time and try to always have a backup plan in case something comes up...If I could only be so diligent about my diet I would be set!
