  • On the left side of your main page it should say "weigh in" click that and type in your new weight at the top. If it is different from your old weight, it will put the new weight into your ticker. If it's not working, it may be glitched and you may need to type it in a second time (has happened to me before).

It does say to have regular meals at least twice a week to make sure that you're getting enough exercise with your mouth (as you won't be chewing anymore) it also says to chew some gum too.
