  • Oh I love Indian Food! It's just one meal so you will be ok and most Indian Food is already pretty healthy. Just use your best judgement and enjoy all th wonderful flavors!
  • Who knows! They are just guide lines. Great job on the weight lost so far! My husband is 6'2" and weighs 260 but appears thinner due to all the muscle mass and low body fat % due to the fact that he was a Muay Thai fighter and now he is a Green Beret so fitness is always been a huge deal to him. You look great
  • I measure at the widest part and once a month
  • It never turns out well. I've been lying to myself since my wedding day 8 months ago because my husband never went back to work. I lie that it doesn't bother me. I KNOW one day I am going to crack because if I think about it - it bothers me a lot to know I am at work all day while he is at teh gym 3 times and playing…
  • Heart disease and high blood pressure run in my family so it only makes sense to stay away from things that are bad for the old ticker! Besides I puff up like a marshmallow when I have too much and my wedding ring barely fits.
  • I keep hand weights on my desk and do air punches when I am waiting for things to print. I also walk the long way (around the entire second floor and down the stairs and back up) to the bathroom and kitchen REALLY fast once every hour to refill my water. Before I leave my office I close the door and do 50 push ups against…
  • I wish they did this! I would love an easier time making better choices. I would also like them to list things that you think are healthy but are actually cooked in loads of butter! I hate when I order veggies and they come sitting in a pond of butter.
  • My thoughts - Ouch! I hate being bra free...I even sleep in bralets
  • It's a series! I watch it religiously and love it except for the fact that there is so much going on that sometimes not enough movement in the story happens for my liking.
  • At work: I take the long route to the bathroom and kitchen. I also set a timer on my desk to buzz once every hour to remind me to drink another glass of water. I have two small hand weights that I do air punches with when i get stressed. At home: I walk the dogs twice, sweep the floor every day, carry my dirty clothes…
  • Height: 5'8" Highest Weight: 145 Current Weight: 130 Goal Weight: 128 About to be 35 and wanted to start eating healthy and working out to create the habit and lifestyle before I get too set in my ways
  • I leave out the tahini paste to make up for the extra fat and cal of adding olive oil
  • I agree with Laurad1406! I love it and play with the taste all the time by adding hot peppers, fresh rosemary....mmmmm I know what I want to snack on now
  • I'd probably just get a veggie egg white omelet with a side of fruit
  • I can't do it this week due to family being in town but next week I am going to give this a go!
  • I started there and now i am down to 131 - I was 129 on Sunday but my family came in town and it's been nothing but eating out. I am sure in another week I will get back to 129. I am 33 but close enough! I do the 30 day shred followed by C25K and try to eat at home so that I cook my foods and can make smart choices. Add me…
  • So blow drying my hair would be better for it than twisting it into a bun? I never put a base rubber band just pins to hold it in place.
  • Thanks for all the great advise! I have naturally dark blonde hair so bleaching the roots doesn't take but 10 minutes and I don't think it is as damaging as it would be if it were dark but maybe I do need to try and darken it up a tad and not go so light - I just wanted something different after years of red hair. I will…
  • Wow! I never even knew this was a thing! Thanks for the article
  • My husband has it and I use it 3 times a week. I love it! Great work out that without taking up tons of room.
  • Thanks everyone! I just wanted to hold myself accountable this time. I went from cheat days once a month to once a week but I always kept it to myself and I figured tattling would set me straight ;-) FYI - I use the word cheat as a habit of being very competitive in nature. Seems there is ALWAYS a score card in my head…
  • I switched to a chest strap HRM because of similar "unlikely" readings. Now I feel pretty confident in what I get back - even though it is usually much lower than what the exercise log on MFP would give me if I logged it. I recommend getting a HRM with a chest strap
  • I use all sorts of herbs and spices but when I want something to just be salt I use NuSalt. Like on my eggs, popcorn, corn... It isn't exactly like salt but it is close enough to enjoy!
  • I am more of a snacker than chocolate person so I go buy tons of veggies, cheese and fruit to munch on. I guess I do occasionally get a craving for chocolate and i use the sugar free hot chocolate mix but I put it in a blender with ice and skim milk and make a cold chocolate shake. As for the zits i swear by burt bee's…

  • Great job! I smoked for 13 years and stopped cold turkey with no problems. I decided I hated the way my hands smelled and just stopped just like that. My husband and friends smoke but it honestly doesn't affect me to be around it. All I ever have to imagine is me all cozy in bed trying to sleep and then catching a whiff of…
  • My husband does the same thing. I ignore his junk food and when he gets it out to eat I grab some veggies and dip instead. When he makes pizza and crappy foods I make healthy ones. Basically it is each for their own with meals in my house. I eat what I want and he eats what he wants. I see his junk food as a test and that…
  • I bloat pre- period and the week when I ovulate! I never knew before I started tracking everything in one place. I drink more water and it helps a bit but not much. I haven't found a way to make it stop completely but I do feel good knowing for certain that it will be gone soon.
