I was a natural DD from a young age as well and after life took it's toll I got a lift with implants as well because of lost volume. No one even noticed i had them done. I only went to a DDD from being a DD. Only thing I wish I had done differently I suppose is to get a reduction of the natural tissue and then fill with…

I'm sure my husband won't mind sharing stuff from his care package with others deployed! Let me know how I can be of help!

I just started lifting heavy and I can't wait for my shirt to start ripping off on it's own!

I go 3 times a week and I am totally drinking the cool-aid :-) I've only been doing it for 4 months. I didn't have anything to lose but it sure has toned me up and increased my stamina. I love it and won't do anything else now!

Shoot I am more attracted to me after I lost weight. No offence would be taken :-)
-
I have a long torso and am thin - small one pieces have always rode up places they shouldn't; large one pieces fit too loose and don't help hold my ladies up. I always rock a two piece. I love them!

I am 5'9" and I weigh 127. I am a small frame and very athletic. It's just where my body stays when I am being active. Last year when I got married was the first time I even gained weight and I went up to 142.

Read here http://www.crazysquirrel.com/stuff/weight-loss/theory-of-weight-loss.jspx TEE = BMR+PA+TEF So you don't add TEE and BMR to get the total of what you should eat.

I couldn't eat 2220 cals in a day if I wanted to! I am at my max tummy expansion close to a top button release for comfort as it is at each meal.

I get one every month and it doesn't hurt as much after a few visits. I personally must have a bad A waxer because there are only two strips that actually hurt. The rest is pretty much the same as a bikini wax. Maybe I have high pain tolerance :-)

I can't use anything with carrot, tomatoes, cucumber, berries...etc on my skin. I have a skin allergy and it will break me out in tiny red bumps. I can eat all I want so long as I don't get any on my face. I always want to use it though! I think the packaging draws me in!

Could be an allergy to one of your vitamins. IMO I would cut out the daily multi. You also may be allergic to the type of whey you take. I've read that certain people with gluten or dairy allergies break out from consumption. I started using proactive and my face did get worse for the first month but has been mostly clear…

5'9" I have been maintaining between 127 and 130 for a few months. I just started lifting heavy and I want to be about 135ish when I start putting more muscle on.

I have a (bicycler) peddler under my desk and little hand weights for air punches.

You have 25% body fat. You have 33.2 Pounds of fat and 95.8 Pounds of lean (muscle, bone, body water). Eh

It's all about attraction. If I find someone attractive I would probably chat with them at the bar...not interested in them dancing with me. I have more fun with my girls. I personally do not like guys that are into dancing much. Just me. All the guys I've ever dated and now my husband are at the bar or close by talking…

I stopped giving up typical things and started giving up my time and some $$. I go buy lunch sacks and fill them with daily essentials and some food and water and one scripture. Then on the first day I make sure I give a pack to one person and then each day I add a person. Other than that I do fast.

32DDD They started getting a little saggy and I got a lift. All is right and wonderful in the world now. :-)

I readjusted myself two weeks prior to when I started actually getting up and working out. I set a very annoying alarm clock in the hall way so I had to get up and turn it off. I set it for just 15 minutes earlier than normal and slowly added to it. I also started nightly rituals to slow me down. I started going to bed and…

I say if it doesn't upset your stomach or cause you health issues eat what you want! I eat what I want but I try to eat clean and stay away from processed foods. I bake my own bread and cook my own lunch meats. The only down fall I have is I love greek yogurt and cheese.

I'm right there with ya! I just don't ever drip in sweat. I do glisten *holds head in shame*
-
Sadly I just don't sweat much. It was an issue playing sports while growing up. I was often found in the dug out and sidelines with cold wraps on my wrists and back of neck. I do still get red but not very sweaty I only say sadly because my husband always says "it's so hot when you are sweaty" but I know it's not very much…

enjoy how it looks and share it with my hubby

My husband uses a rucksack with weights and stuff in it or a weight vest. Mostly he saves the weight vest for running stairs and stuff and uses his rucksack for runs...to be honest he usually has so much weight in it that it's just a power walk.

Clean eating just feels right. As for carbs I make my own bread. Then I know what the heck is in there.
