Don't drink lots of water. I actually got sick for every work out for the first month that I joined boot camp. Turns out my sips were even too big. I learned to just "wet my whistle"

I have always had SUPER oily skin making wearing make up pointless. I wish there was a way to control it but I have tried everything. The latest was Milk of Magnesia on my face before make up. I hate being shiny and sweaty looking all the time.

Does it give you 3 meals a day? You probably need to add 3 snacks. I do one 2 hours after breakfast and one 2 hours after lunch and then 2 hours after dinner. Totally makes a difference!
